Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you regarding the check-in process. To ensure smooth communication throughout your stay, we kindly ask guests to share their Whats-App number with our operations team. Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Our apartment is licensed and listed under Holiday Homes. In compliance with local laws, we require a copy of all guests’ passports before arrival. This is necessary for: • Submission to building security in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. • Registration in the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) portal. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will be charged for your entire stay. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside the apartment. Should there be any evidence of smoking, such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts, Luxe reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of AED 1,500 for such violations. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Please note, however, that cigarette butts must not be thrown from the balcony under any circumstances. Please note that checkout is at 11:30 AM sharp. Timely checkout is essential to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guests and ensure that we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Late checkouts without prior arrangement can disrupt our schedule and impact the experience of incoming guests. Important Notes: • A Security Deposit of AED 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment and refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. • If you require in-stay cleaning, you may book this service with us for an additional fee. • A Late Check-In/Check-Out fee of AED 150 will be applied for any delays beyond the standard times. However, if the checkout is delayed by 3 hours or more, it will be considered as an additional night's stay, and the full nightly rate will be charged.
