Please follow these to ensure a smooth arrival. As per Dubai Economy and Tourism regulations, passport copies for all guests must be submitted before arrival for security approval and registration. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will be charged during your stay. Policies: No Smoking: Smoking inside is not allowed. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, and vapes. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. A fee of AED 2,000 will apply if smoking is detected indoors. No Parties: Please respect the house rules and be considerate of the neighbors. Additional Information: In-stay cleaning services are available for an extra fee. Original passport or GCC ID is required at check-in. Late check-out past the agreed time will incur a fee of AED 300.
