Terms and Conditions 48 hours before your arrival you will receive the check-in process. Kindly read it and make sure to follow it to ensure smooth arrival procedures. • Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM • Early Check-In: Subject to availability and additional fees. As this property is fully licensed under Dubai Economy and Tourism regulations, we require all guests to submit passport copies before arrival. This ensures: • Pre-approval by building security for a smooth check-in process. • Registration with the Dubai Economy and Tourism portal. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will apply for your stay, in line with local regulations. Important Policies: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the apartment, which extends to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, and vapes. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony, but please ensure no cigarette butts are discarded from it. Should there be any evidence of indoor smoking (e.g., odor, ashes, or cigarette butts), a penalty of AED 2,000 will be imposed. House Etiquette: • Parties are strictly prohibited. • Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of the house rules and considerate towards neighbours. Checkout: anytime before 11:00AM Adhering to the checkout time is essential to allow our housekeeping team ample time to prepare for the next guests. Late checkouts, unless pre-arranged, may disrupt this process and result in additional fees. Additional Information: • In-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. • Guests must present an original passport or GCC ID upon check-in for verification purposes. • A Late Check-Out fee of AED 150 will apply for any delays beyond the standard times. A full additional night’s rate will be charged for delays exceeding three hours past checkout.
